Demarcation of Plots

we have 3 plots of 112 Sq.m out of which 1 plot entrance is on 12m, 7.5m & 3m road & rest plots on 7.5m & 3m road, 24 plots of 120 Sq.m out of which 8 plots entrance is on both 12m & 7.5m road & rest plot is on 7.5m road, 63 plots of various sizes on 7.5m road & 4 Plots of 135Sq.m have both 12m & 7.5m entrance

Boundary Wall

8ft. high and 2.5-inch thick wall with Brick and RCC work in the column is proposed in the project

Road Work

Damar Road having 9 inch thickness throughout the project is proposed and will be developed as per the sanctioned plan.

Footpaths

2.5ft wide footpath on both sides of the road is proposed in the project and will be developed as per sanctioned plan.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

25000 ltr capacity tank will be provided whose connection will be through underground pipelines. The construction will be completed as per the sanctioned plan.

Sewer System

All Sewerage water shall go to the STP to be developed on the project site and overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system. when comes into force.
