The Project area is 10673.80 sq.m. It has 66 residential plots and one Shop and one Kiosk. All the units will be demarcated as per the approved map in dimension and orientation.
A 6 to 8 m high boundary wall will be constructed for the project at required locations. The boundary wall will be 4 feet deep. It will be constructed in brick and cement mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted.
The total road area in the project is 3326 sqm. It has varying width of roads 12, 9, 7.5 and 6m. The roads will be designed and constructed to cater the needs of the project.
At required locations the footpath will be constructed with interlocking paver blocks of 60 to 80 mm depth. The paver blocks will be laid over a sand bed of 40-50 mm.
The water supply will be done through an existing water tank. The pipe lines will be laid from water tank to each unit of the project. The gradient will be so designed as to ensure continuos flow under gravity. The existing water tank is of 175KL
The sewer system will be laid in the project to caterfor the domestic sewer. The 300 mm dia concrete pipes will be laid . The man holes will be constructed at designed space and at bends to ensure continous flow of the sewer to the existing STP.
Surface and sub-surface drain will be constructed in the project. The drains will be of trapezoidal shape to assist beeter flow. The minimum deppth of 250mm and minimum width of 150 mm will be ensured.
The lush green park will be developed in the project as per landscape plan. The park area is 1151 sq.m
Trees will be planted in the project at all suitable locations and the periphery of the park. The trees will be sel;;ected as the the local flora and fauna.
Separate transformer will be installed for the project of 250 kVa. The underground and over head cables will be laid to reach to each unit of the project. The street lights of4.5 m height and required lumes will be installed in thecommon areas of the project.
