Demarcation of Plots

Total plot area is 6420.72 sq.mtr. (Net plot area after road widening -5870.46 sq.mtr. ) plot is bifurcated approved by regulatory body in two parts , 1- commercial area-2051.32 sq. mtr. , 2- residential area -3819.14 sq.mtr.

Boundary Wall

2.50 mtr. high and 230 mm thick brickwork rcc work in column and beam. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of Om Developers which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.

From the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking brick road through out the project. Whose wideness starts from 12mtr.

We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider Transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder pillar, and DG back for common service like External Lighting , Fountain , Pump room etc.

Modular sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the septic tank and overflow from the septic tank shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage lines.

We will suggested to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern to reduce the water consumption and provide water harvesting system to improve the ground water level.
