Demarcation of project to be done at site as per Approved Layout.
Boundary Wall will be constructed for villa only, No Boundary wall will be constructed for plots and floors. Or as per requirement and designed by promoter.
9/12/18/24 mtr wide Bitumen road will be constructed as per approved layout , as per requirement and designed by promoter.

Common Community Building will be provided for Hi-Tech- township.
S.T.P will be constructed at site , and treated water will be use in irrigation of green areas.
Solid waste management and disposal system will be provided as per requirement and Govt. Norms.
Water Conservation System will be provided as per Govt. Norms.
Energy Management System i/c use of renewable energy will be provided as per Govt. Norms.
Fire safety system will be provided as per approval , Design, and Norms.
Common Social Infrastructure and public amenities i/c public health services will be provided in Hi-Tech township.
