Demarcation of Project to be done at site as per Approved Layout.
Boundary wall will be constructed for villa only, No Boundary wall will be constructed for plots and floors. Or as per requirement and designed by promoter.
9/12/18/24 mtr wide Bitumen road will be constructed as per approved layout , as per requirement and designed by promoter
Both side of road , Footpath will be developed , width 2.0 or 3.0 mtr. as per requirement and signed by promoter.
Water supply including drinking water facilities will be provided by promoter through common Over Head Tank with capacity of OHT - 1100 KLD and UGT -1610 KLD. Constructed approximate 90 percent at project Hi-Tech township.
Common S.T.P will be constructed by promoter , for HI-Tech township, at site for Sewer Disposal.
Drainage system will be developed and connected with RWH and Over Flow will be connected with existing Drains.
Common Park/ Green area available in Hi-Tech township. And will be developed as per approved plan and requirements.
Required Tree will be planted on road berm and parks as per requirement and norms.
Common ESS will be developed for Hi - tech township. Electric supply will be provided fromm ESS . Street lights will be fixed at road berms as per requirements and design. The capacity of the transformer is 400 KVA.
Common Community Building will be provided for Hi-Tech township
S.T.P will be constructed at site with capacity of 2009 KLD, and treated water will be use in irrigation of green areas.
Solid waste management and disposal system will be provided as per requirement and Govt. Norms.
Water conservation System will be provided as per Govt. Norms.
Energy management system i/c use of renewable energy will be provided as per Govt. Norms
Fire Safety system will be provided as per approval , Design and Norms.
Common Social infrastructure and public amenities i/c public health services will be provided in Hi-Tech township.
