This is single plot irregular shape with total project land admeasuring 10621.38 Sqmt has been systematically demarcated into 6 residential blocks in accordance with the sanctioned layout plan approved by the competent authority. The towers are laid out with proper survey reference points, internal road network, and service corridors. Each block is clearly identified with a unique number and defined boundaries. The demarcation has been carried out as per the approved drawings to ensure clarity of ownership, access, and uniform development of the township. The township has 1 entrance and exite from 24 mtr proposed master plan road from East side and having internal road of 6 mtrs.
1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Trimix road will be used as per deisgn suggested by the Architect for internal road.Internal road shall be mechanically compacted with 200mm of WMM layer, 100mm thick PCC and 125mm finished trimix.

The potable water supply of desired quality & purity shall be ensured through pressurized distribution network connceted with undergound/overhead tanks of capacity of 25000 Ltr connected with WTP of 152 KLD. Drinking water shall be sourced from an approved municipal connection through supply uPVC shcedule-40 pipeline approx lenght 2050 mtr..
Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall go to 690 KLD MBBR technology central STP for treatment. After treatment ,water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening, flush tanks.Oveflow from the central STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system. Sewer line of length apprx 800 mtr with dia of 200-250 mm with 30 nos. of manhole is proposed.
Storm water system shall be Provided. Storm water of 400 mm dia with 30 nos. of manholes from Roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel and go to the 3 nos. of Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain line.
