As per the provided site corner geo-reference coordinates , all the road network and plots will be demarcated on existing ground.
A secure boundary wall will be constructed on west site of the project to clearly demarcate the land and prevent any encroachment. the wall will be designed durable materials.
A well structure hierarchy of road will be developed including arterial and sub arterial, collector that is 18m , 12m, and 9m, road will be constructed to provide proper circulation within the township.
well designed footpath will be developed along all major and minor roads to insure pedestrian safety and promote walkability. these will be constructed using paver blocks with adequate width and barrier free access for person with disability.
A portable water supply system will be installed comprising under ground reservoir (UGRs) and overhead tank (OHT) and distribution pipeline network . the system will ensure 135 lpcd water supply to all household and community building in line with CPHEEO norms.
