SOLID WASTE IS SEGREGATED INTO DRY AND WET WASTE, COLLECTED IN DESIGNATED GARBAGE CHAMBERS LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT AS PER THE WASTE DISPOSAL PLAN. THE BASEMENT HOUSE DEDICATED DRY (2.63M X 1.88M) AND WET (1.83M X 2.03M) WATE CHAMBERS.
THE SITE FEATURES 3M X 3M X 3M WATER CONSERVATION PITS EQUIPPED WITH DESILTING CHAMBERS, AND OVERFLOW ARRANGEMENTS.
15 SOLAR PANELS STREET LIGHTS ARE INSTALLED ALONG WITH SOLAR PANELS ON THE TERRACE/ROOF AREA FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY, CONTRIBUTING TO COMMON AREAS AND COMPLIANCE WITH ENERGY CONSERVATION NORMS
FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE SAFETY NORMS AND MEASEURES ARE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NBC NORMS. THE SYSTEM INCLUDES, 25,000 LITERS FIRE TANK, FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM, SPRINKLERS (3M RADIUS), ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE SHAFTS FOR EFFECTIVE FIRE PREVENTION.
