Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per Lay out numbering plan. There will be plot demarcation of each line, RCC Tee will be installed between the plots.

Boundary Wall

Boundary Wall with Brickwork and column at spacing of 3m and 1.5 m height surrounding the area of land.

Road Work

Road will be Constructed as per the sanctioned layout plan. Earth Filling work for sub grade and preparation of GSB 250 mm and 200mm WMM than final coat of BM and BC. Bituminous Roads of 9m, 12m,18 m 24m wide will be done in stepwise development work. In the 24 meter road width footpath, round about at junction and other utility services are provided to enhance mobility.

Footpaths

Footpaths with interlocking paver blocks are proposed. in 24 m wide road and electric trench.through footpath.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The Water will be supplied through borewell to underground tank and Drinkable water shall be supplied through tube wells treated by automated chlorinating plant. These primary treatment plants shall be installed with in pump house of each water work. - Total required capacity 270000 LPH, water will be transferred from WTP to UWT - underground water tank including water line 200mm/150mm/140mm/110mm/25mm diameter HDPE/DI pipe/GI pipes. -All Tubewells and water supply system will be provided with in power backup.

Sewer System

Gravity based sewerage system with NP2/NP3 pipes of diameter 600mm/350mm/200 mm/150mm line proposed . The provision of sewerage chamber Maa Shakambhari devi Awasiya yojna Naveen saharanpur, phase 1 township to manage waste water efficiently.

Drain

Precast/Reinforced cement concrete drains are proposed to be built.

Parks

Parks are to be built with boundary walls including footpaths for public use.

Tree Planting

Tree plantation should be provided in every parks, along the road side and green areas .

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electrical load as per sanctioned UPPCL drawing with ESS. Street light will be provided in every roads High Mast provision in every parks and round about also. Propsed elrctric work including street light for better visibility. The main Sub station is of 33/11 KVA connected with feeder pillars.

Community Buildings

Community facilities has been proposed for various activities

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Well Planned Sewage system has been proposed . Anticipated sewage contribution from the township is approximate 2.20MLD. Treatment plant is designed about 25000 population.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Waste collection point has been planned throughout the site to facilitate efficient solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

Individual plots will ensure Rain water Harvesting system will be developed as per bye-laws.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar system and solar water heating system for ensure according to bye-laws.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System
