Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plot is rectangular in shape , having entry gate and front on the 45m wide road. Plot is surrounded by other plots on two sides and row houses at the back.

Boundary Wall

2.4m high Boundary wall designed with MS Railing in front and other sides with AAC blockwork with stone cladding is provided. AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design.

We have Proposed Common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewage shall be connected to Municipal Sewerage system. Emergency Evacuation Services
