Water supply is collected in an underground storage reservoir. Underground storage of water is also required and reserve for fire fight purpose. It is proposed to provide static storage for firefighting as per the present requirement of NBC. To prevent the stagnation of the water in the static storage tank, water will overflow into the storage chamber for the domestic requirement. This system would ensure the availability of static storage for firefighting all the time. It is proposed to provide 01 day of storage for the total water requirement.
The soil from toilets and kitchens will be collected in a single network of sewer pipes running underground. It is proposed to install a sewage treatment plant on the site for treatment of sewage.
The Drainage system will consist of a network of Pipe and Catch Basins leading to the Nearest Storm Water Drain, The drains shall be finally discharged into municipal drainage system after passing through rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharging structures.
A Landscape area has been provided for parks and other recreational activities.
Tree and Plants of various species will be planted in accordance with landscape design plan.
Normal ( State Electricity Board) and DG power supply are provided separately and energy metering is separate for both normal and DG supply. Normal energy metering will be at the individual level. Street lighting is provided all around the driveway. LED shall be used all common area and external lighting to reduce power consumption.

A Central STP will serve the entire Project and all units shall be connected to system. Proposed STP of 200 KLD .
Segregation of Solid Waste.
1. Water conversion will be provided using low- flow fixtures/ flow restrictors. 2. Duel flushing cisterns will reduce water consumption. the unit consumption is dual flush will be ( at the rate ) a maximum of 3 liters for low flush and ( at the rate) 6 liters for high flush. 3. Provision of sewage treatment plant is proposed to treat waste water generated. 4. Recycling treated effluent will reduce the total net freshwater demand of the Project. 5.Rainwater Harvesting and groundwater recharging for roof and non-roof area are provided.
1. DG Sets will be taken up as per CPCB -4+ Guidelines. 2. Controller-based synchronization along with PLC-based load management is proposed to reduce the oil consumption and effective utilization of DG sets. 3. High efficiency transformers of level 2 (as per the latest amendment ). 4. LED shall be used in all common areas and external lighting to reduce power consumption. 5. Lighting power density (LPD) values of all common areas and external / street lighting will be maintained at or below ECBC value by providing energy efficient light fixtures and LEDs. the lux levels will be provided as per NCB.
Provided as per NBC 2016. The entire land use project has been divided into two zones depending upon its usages and category , Zone I -family private dwelling residential building. Zone -II Club house Assembly building. it is proposed to provided static storage for firefighting as per the requirement NBC.
Social gathering spaces etc. will be provided with in the Common area.
Fire Staircase to be provided as per sanctioned Plan.
A comprehensive security system will be implemented, included Security Guard, CCTV Cameras and controlled access.
