Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Land is well demarcated at site with a wide opening at main road.

Boundary Wall

A 2.4 mt high permanent boundary wall is proposed to be consructed to enclose the site. A well designed gate complex shall be part of it.

Road Work

With 18 mt. entrance road, network of 9.00 and 12.00 mt. wide Bituminous road is proposed to be constructed as per CPWD norms.

Footpaths

900 to 1200 mm. wide paved area shall run on both side of the roads as footpath.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide Two nos. of pump to fill up UG tank/OHT to supply drinking water to the whole township. Make of pumps and pipes shall be as per the standard good quality specifications.

Sewer System

A well designed sewerage system is proposed to be laid to carry sewage/soil water up to STP of required capacity. All the standard quality material shall be used to match CPWD Norms.

Drain

Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel which shall lead to Rain water harvesting Pits to recharge the Ground water.

Parks

Marked green areas shall be developed as theme parks with facilities for elderly, children and residents in general. Low height trees, shrubs and grass carpet shall be common to all the green spaces.

Tree Planting

All the roads shall be lined with 4.5 to 6 mt. high trees(Plumeria Alba etc.) at close recommended intervals.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

A club building with basic facilities is proposed in the township sperately

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Apart from use of LED lights, 25% of the street lights shall have solar back up. Natural light sensitive LED lights shall be used in common areas to avoid electricity wastage.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

UG tank to have enough reserved storage for fire fighting. Required number of fire hydrants shall be installed with water supply line.
