Demarcated the Complex having Plot Area (Development plan area) of 10263.47 Sq. m. at Plot No. B-10, JAYPEE GREENS SITUATED IN GREATER NOIDA, G.B. NAGAR (UP.) the plans of which has been approved by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
Well-defined Proposed Development Area limits to ensure the security and privacy of the project as part of JAYPEE GREENS Layout Plan approved by GNIDA.
As per Maintenance Agreement with JAYPEE GREENS (a division of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd) Shared Areas and Facilities including roads, parks, gardens, play grounds, sitting areas, jogging tracks, strolling parks, pathways, worship places, security services including police stations, police posts etc., firefighting services, designated parking areas for visitors, bus stands/stops, taxi stand, plantations and trees, landscaping, sewerage lines, drainages, water lines/mains, STP, water storage, filtration and distribution system etc. will be provided by "JAYPEE GREENS" as per agreed terms and conditions for which the company (GOLF HORIZON LLP) had already disbursed the requisite maintenance fee as applicable.
Footpath/Pathways for Smooth Pedestrian Movement had already been developed by Jaypee Greens as per Maintenance agreement with "JAYPEE GREENS" as mentioned in (S.no-3)
Internal Water System Installation of water supply systems to ensure a steady and safe domestic water supply UPVC and CPVC GI pipe as per the desing requirements. whereas all the External water supply system to be done by Jaypee Greens as per Maintenance Agreement with "JAYPEE GREENS" (a division of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd) as mentioned in the above (S. no-3).
Sewerage System to collect wastewater including treatment and dispose of wastewater/sewage had already been developed by Jaypee Greens as per Maintenance Agreement with "JAYPEE GREENS" (A division of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd) as mentioned in the above (S.no-3).
Drainage Systems to manage surface water and stormwater flow had already been developed by Jaypee Greens as per Maintenance Agreement with "JAYPEE GREENS" (A division of Jaiprakash Associate Ltd) as mentioned in the above (S.no.-3).
Landscape areas including green/open spaces / recreational areas/ Tot-lots. Plantation of Shrubs besides planting Natural Grass and various water bodies, landscape features etc, had already been developed by Jaypee Green as per Maintenance Agreement with "JAYPEE GREENS" (A division of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd) as mentioned in the above (S.no-3).

Installation of 2 Transformers each capacity of 1600 KVA (11/0.433 KV) and DG capacity of (1 nos. of 2250 KVA and 1nos of 500 KVA), including basement lighting etc. .to ensure adequate illumination and safety at all the project common areas.
The Community Building of the project has been proposed under the Block-BUCKINGHAM and its extended part by the name "COMMUNITY IMPERIAL" of the Project. Details of the same are given in the approved building plans.

Provision of OWC for the Treatment of Organic waste of 400 kg/Day with Solid Waste Management System to ensure proper collection, segregation, treatment and disposal of the solid waste as per the prevailing MSW Regulations 2016.
It is a Green Building Project which includes various measures for optimise use/conservation of water resources. The Flow rates of the proposed various Water Mixers including- Faucets/Taps, Sink, Showerhead/Handheld Spray, Water Closets, Health Faucet etc. has been kept below normal flow rates for the project.
As Per the Energy Simulation Report prepared for Green Building Project, desired Solar PV has also been proposed as per Green Building Requirements and optimal area available.
As per fire drawings approved by the Fire department Installation of fire protection system and safety measures to prevent and mitigate fire hazards as specified in the NBC-2016. Horizontal Riser of 150 mm or as per the design calculation, Vertical riser of 200 mm or as per the Design Calculation and Branches of 100 mm or as per the design calculation. M.S. C class pipe for 150 mm and below, M.S. pipe I.S. code for 200 mm and above.
Amenities to be provided as per design including differently abled toilet, visitors parking, etc. as specified in Green Building requirements for Gold Rated Residential Project.
An emergency Evacuation Plan has been detailed out in the Environment Management Plan (EMP) of the project which would be implemented with signage before completion of the project.
As per the prevailing design/requirements including provisions for Earthquake Design Structures, Handicap Friendly Building Design.
