The plot of 4489 sqrare meters will be demarcated as per the approved plan. The set backs and orientation will be ensured.
The 6 to 8 feet hight boundary wall at the required location will be constructed in brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted.
Interlocking paver blocks of minimum 80 mm thickness to provide asthetic , anti skid riding surface. The pavement will also b e of PQC at required locations. The subgrad and granular layer will be compacted to the design density.
