Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plot of 4489 sqrare meters will be demarcated as per the approved plan. The set backs and orientation will be ensured.

Boundary Wall

The 6 to 8 feet hight boundary wall at the required location will be constructed in brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted.

Road Work

Interlocking paver blocks of minimum 80 mm thickness to provide asthetic , anti skid riding surface. The pavement will also b e of PQC at required locations. The subgrad and granular layer will be compacted to the design density.

Footpaths

The interlocking paver blocks over the sand bed of 30-50 mm wil be laid at required location. The soil will e compacted underneath

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The municipal cum ground water wil be pumped to the underground water tank. Thereon the water will be delivered to the terrace tanks. The potable water then will be delivered through PVC pipes to the common areas of the project

Sewer System

The sewer line will be laid in the project. Soil pipe will be connected with each floors common areas. The swere will be delivered to the manholes laid along the building. The sewer will be taken to the municipal sewer.

Drain

Covered lined ddrain will be constructed along the project wall to take the wter from the common areas and from the overflow of terrace. The trapezoidal shape willl be maintained with 200 mm wide bottom and minimum 200 mm height.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Provision of dual source of electricity will be made, comprehensive LT panels wil be installd and conealed wiring will lead electricty to each unit of the project along with common areas. The lightings will also be provided for the common areas and the outer face of the building.
