Laying of underground HT and LT cables, Erection of poles with provision of 2 nos. of transformers ( capacity 500 KVA X 2 nos. ) , control panels and meter rooms as per UPPCL Guidelines. DG Set (capacity 200 to 250 KVA ) will be installed for the using in back-up of common utilities.
Multipurpose hall (235 sq. mtr.) having facility of yoga, meditation, gym and table tennis.
Construction of STP collection tank along with modular treatment system, as per MEP drawings and Sewerage Treatment Plant (Capacity 150 KLD) will be installed / constructed as per approved drawings. All sewerage will be treated and treated water will be used in flushing gardening.
Solid Waste will be collected manually and disposal will be done.
Making of required Rain Water Harvesting pits to filter rainwater of required capacity as per MEP designs.
Good quality and approved brand equipment will be used in substation to minimize energy loss as per norms and approved drawings.
Proper Fire Fighting system will be installed including Fire tanks having capacity of 120 KL, Fire pump 2 nos. 2280 LPM 40-60m head, Jockey Pump 180 LPM 60m, hydrant, sprinkler system, fire alarms, fire extinguishers and fire hose reels as per drawings.
Proper Water supply, sanitary facilities and first-aid box will be provided on ground floor of every tower.
