Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All plots are demarcated as per the layout plan being attached. The plot would be demarcated as per the plot area for above mentioned unit. Further the development cost would be incurred in the proportion of the plot size and total land.

Boundary Wall

All plots are covered by separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 mtrs. The colony would be having the boundary of the colony of atleast 2.5 mtrs height.

Road Work

Black top road is proposed to be laid in the colony. The road would be laid across the colony for the comfort of the residents. The road width would range from 7.5 mtrs to 12 mtrs as sanctioned in attached layout.

Footpaths

Paved block with the footpath as per the approved layout being attached. Footpath would be made across the blocks for the residents. The footpath would be of 2 feet wide outside the units.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water for general and drinking purpose would be provided by the laid pipeline. The water supply would be provided through the underground water tank. The water supply through pipeline would be laid as per the service layout having all the plumbing external development details.

Sewer System

Sewer System wold be made for the cleanliness of the colony. The sewerage plan would be made for the flow of sullage water easily. Proposed water treatment plant will be installed for the treatment of sewer.

Drain

Drain would be constructed in the blocks for the removal of residual waste out of the residency through sewage. The drain would be made under the paved pathway. The plan will be made in such a way that the water at the road would be flown in the drain.

Parks

Park area 2645.36 will be developed as per the approved layout plan. Park would contain temple as well as kids playing area.

Tree Planting

Trees would be planted all over the residency. Greenery would be promoted. The same has been depicted in landscape plan of approved project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electric Pole and separate electricity connection would be taken from the concerned electric department of Jhansi. The electric plan would be sanctioned from the electricity board of Jhansi.

Community Buildings

A Community Building would be developed for the welfare of the residents.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

We would be developing a Sewage Treatment Plan (STP) which would be treating sewage and sullage water. The same has been shown in the approved plan depicting the placement of STP.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

It will be collected on regular basis by the cleaning dept. i.e Nagar palika

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting sewage treatment plan has been proposed as per the approved layout for developing water conservation system as per the Govt. norms.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

The residents to follow Govt. norms
