The project land will be demarcated on ground with boundary wall. The setbacks from the boundary to the building line will be maintained as per the by laws and the approvals from the sanctioning authority
An 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed for the project periphery. The foundation of the wall will be 3 to 4 feet deep and will the earth quake resistant. The wall will be constructed in brickwork or concrete. The boundary wall will be painted with all weather paint.
The peripheral road of the project will be constructed in cement concrete. The depth of PQC layer will be as per the design and minimum of 200 mm thick. The concrete will be laid over DLC/ compacted granular layer of minimum 150mm thickness. The subgrade will be compacted to the required density.
The footpaths will be constructed with 60-80 mm thick paver blocks. The interlocking paver blocks will be laid over the sand bed and the compacted subgrade.
The ground water will be supplied through an submersible set up to the underground/ terrace tanks. The water will be supplied through 2 inch PVC pipes.
The sewer system will be installed leading to the STP. The 100 to 150 mm dia soil pipes with the required bends will be fixed in the bulding. The sewer will be collected in the manholes at the ground level. The 300 mm dia pipes connected to the man hole chambers will lead the sewer to STP
The surface and subsurface drainage arrangement including the terrace drain will be onstructed in the project. The slpes of rectangular/ trapezoidal drains will be as per the plubming and drainage design.
1 number of park will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan. The facilities for elderly and children will be provided in the park
Trees that suit the local soil will be planted in the project along the boundary wall and the periphery of the park.
Separate transformer will be installed as per UPSEB norms. The electricity connection and the distribution boxes will be installed for each unit and common areas of the project.

The multi stage filtration system will be installed in the project. The size will be as per the sewer load and treatment design by the designer. The selected sewate treatement plant will treat the sewer to the required and permitted levels before disposal
The Garbage Chutes/ Dustbins will be placed on each floor.
Rain water harevesting pit will be constructed in the project. The perforated 150mm dia will be insrted to the water table. The rain water will be collected in the multistage filtreation chamber. The treated clean water will move to the ground

The wet riser system along with dedicated water tank for fire fighting will be installed for the project. The fire extingushers will also be placed at all required locations as per fire deprtment norms.
Swimming pool will be constructed in the project
The stairs will be designed as per the fire department norms with clear signage installed in the building to assist the egress of residents in case of fire.
