Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Outer Site boundary With precast boundary wall with 150x150x2700 mm high columns and panels of size 2100x300x50 mm, both of M30 Grade. Columns and Panels, both will be reinforced with 4 mm dia of high carbon HTPS wire. Precast concrete columns is to be embedded into Cement Concrete column. Plot will be with Brick work / Concrete pole)s

Boundary Wall

Outer Side boundary with Precast boundary wall with MS 150x150x2700 mm high columns and panels of size 210x300x50 mm, both of M30 grade. Columns and Panels, both will be reinforced with 4 mm dia high carbon HTPS wire. Precast concrete columns is to be embedded in to cement concrete column.

Road Work

12 mtr Blacktop Road work with WBM and Bituminus Concrete road as per CPWD Specification. The Road shall be made after compacting the earth to the requisite density.

Footpaths

Footpaths will be made of precast Concrete pavers of 100x200 and/or 200x200 mm and 50 mm thickness having M 3grade Concrete.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

As per approved drawings. One Tube-well with 5 HP Pump installation with underground tank of 30 (15 Raw +15 Treated )KL capacity and main water connection of 32 mm dia to each plot for Domestic use will be provided till the Water supply is made available by the Development Authority.

Sewer System

External Sewer Line will be laid of 400 MM dia along with the Road from each Plot till the Soak pit as total number of Plots are jsut 8.

Drain

External Storm Water Drain Line along side the Road will be laid of 300x300 MM, and will be connected to Rain Water Harvesting pit of 4.5 KL Capacity after initial filteration for suspended particles, as per approved Drawings and Calculations.

Parks

One Park is Proposed in the Development and it will have Boundary wall along with Evergreen Trees as per approved Layout Plan.

Tree Planting

Evergreen Trees as per approved Layout plan will be planted along with Seasonal flowering Plants.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

One Transformer of 100 KVA will be installed as per load requirement and as approved Layout along with Feder Pillars and Distribution Network. The same shall be as pr the attached Drawings.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Septic Tank of is designed and provided for 8 nos of Plots considering 15 person per plot in accordance with the Standard Sanitation norms. Septic Tank is of 40 KL capacity which has been calculated as per capita Sewage generation and required detention period.

Dry and Wet Garbage will be segregated at the Source by the Collector and will be disposed to the nearest Municipal Garbage Collection Point.

One Rain Water Harvesting System is Proposed of 45 KL.

16 Watt Solar Powered Street Light will be provided
