There are 76 residential plots- 24 units of 105 sqm, 23 units of 94.5 sqm and other varying sizes as per approved map. there is also 1 commercial plot of 411.67 sqm.
2.5 m high and 230 mm thick brick work and RCC work in column and beam. At a certain point of boundary wall there would be a logo of the project or some highlighting piece which would give a beautiful iconic design to the boundary wall.
From the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking brick/ RCC road through out the project. Whose wideness starts from 15 mtr approx and in the internal areas roads are of 7.5 mtr and 9mtr wide.

We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will install centralized Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel and feeder pillar for common services like external lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room Etc. Also install 15 LED street lights on roads.
