Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All plots within the project arera shall be clearly demarcated on ground with accurate measurements as per the approved layout plan. The entire land is already under possession of the promoter.

Boundary Wall

A robust boundary wall of approximately 2.5 meters in height shall be constructed around the project perimeter to ensure enhanced security and clearly defined township boundary. The wall will be built using quality materials and will include desgnated entry and exit gates as per the approved layout plan.

Road Work

Internal township roads shall be developed with a width of 9 meters and 12 meters, constructed using high-quality black top surfacing . The road network is designed to provide smooth connectivity across all the plotted units .

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A dedicated water supply network shall be developed for the entire township, including the construction of seprate underground tank (59.4KLD)for all plotted units. These facilities will ensure adequte storage and uninterrupted supply of safe drinking water across the project.

Sewer System

A complete underground sewerage network shall be developed for the township. All sewage and wastewater genrated from the plotted units will be collected and directed to an on-site Sewage Treatment Tank (53.4 KLD)for proper disposal and management .

Drain

An internal strom water drainage network shall be constructed along all project roads to ensure efficient collection and discharge .

Parks

A designated green area shall be developed within the township, featuring landscape green spaces and seating arragements .

Tree Planting

A planned plantation drive shall be undertaken across the township and green belts. Native and long- surviving tree species will be planted .

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

A comprehensive electrical distruibution network shall be developed for the township, covering all plotted units and common arera .
