Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot polygon shaped having 1 no. of entry and 1 no. of exit gate from the 30m wide front road.Site is surrounded by other plots of elsewhile owners from three sides and one side by BHU Kakkarmata main road

3 mtr height and 200 mm thick boundary wall constructed, plastered and colored. brick work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam are constructed as per design

Trimix road will be used as per design suggested by the architect for internal road

We have designed the system as per local electricity board and considered centralized transformer, HT Panel and DG Back for common service like external lighting etc

Fully centralized AC club house/ community center is provided, swimming pool, gym, open theature, and some sitting area within the building

Emergency Evacuation Services

Two fire stair case is provided in the building with fire resistant door, basement have 1 access and exit in case of emergency.
