Plot size of 2631 sqm, but considered 2386.45sqm after deducting land surrendered for road widening

There is no community buildings in the project.

This project has only residential flats. Hence we will provide Fire Fighting facility in common areas while individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.
There is no provision of Social Infrastructure.. Public amenities are provided in the project as per plan.
