The Project land will be demarcate by boundary wall. The plots, roads , Parks etc. will be demarcated as per approved plan by ADA.
6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted with all weather paint.
The Flexible pavement with Bituminous wearing course over compacted granular layer will be constructed to the carriageway with as per approved plan.
The interlocking paver block will be laid over the compacted selected material.
The Ground water will be pumped to water tank (50000 L) through submersible pump and will be supplied to each unit through PVC pipe arrangement.
The NP-3 hume pipe as per specification and approved design will be laid in proper slope and alignment. The sewer lines will have inspection chambers. All sewer lines will lead to STP.
U Type KCA and B type drain with concrete base will be laid in the project t cater fro drain water and surface run-offs.
The lush green park s will be developed with the proper earth works and landscape plans as per approval.
The all season plantations of tress will be done along the project boundary and park periphery.
The Overhead electrical distribution system will be installed as per approvals from the electricity boards. The electrical connections will be lead to each individual unit.

The Multistage sewer treatment plant will be installed in the project to cater for the needs of the project. The STP will treat the sewer to bring the effluents levels within permissible limit.
The Garbage collection center will be constructed as per ADA Norms
The rain water harvesting pit as per the approvals will be constructed to collect the rain waters and recharge the water table. Th collection chamber will have multi-stage filtration system
