The project land is clearly demarcated and under the lawful possession of the promoter. The site is strategically located adjacent to St. Francis School, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with direct access to the adjoining main road.

Solid waste shall be segregated at source into biodegradable and non-biodegradable categories and disposed off through authorized agencies in accordance with applicable Municipal Solid Waste Management rules and approved project plans.
