Demarcation of Plots

As per sanction plan this is Irregular shaped plot. Having total 1 no. of entry gate and exit gate, from the 12m wide road, Site is surrounded by other plots on one side and another side proposed 60 mtr wide master plan road (master plan 2031)

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick brick work and rcc work in column and beam. MS Board enterance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Trimix / asphalt/interlocking Brick/RCC road will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

All apartments shall be provided with potable water for household activities and STP treated water for flushing. Clear water may also be used, and user can have their individual RO system as per their requirements.

Sewer System

The sewerage network shall comprise Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) drain pipes designed for sewer applications. For diameters of 250 mm and above, Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) pipes of Class NP2, conforming to IS: 458, shall be used under normal slopes and site conditions. Manholes shall be constructed in brick masonry as per the National Building Code (NBC) with sizes as follows: 1. 900×800 mm (up to 900 mm depth) 2. 910 mm dia (900–1670 mm depth) 3. 1220 mm dia (1670–2290 mm depth) 4. 1520 mm dia (2290–4180 mm depth) Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) or Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) manhole covers conforming to IS: 12592 shall be provided as per site requirements.

Drain

The storm water drainage shall be designed to effectively collect and discharge surface runoff. RCC NP2 pipes conforming to IS: 458 shall be used for main drains, while DWC pipes may be used in non-traffic or landscaped areas. Brick masonry manholes shall be provided at junctions and changes in direction or gradient, with SFRC or FRP covers as per load requirements.

Parks

We will provide green area with the different activities, and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids.

Tree Planting

We will provide many types of trees all along the boundary wall & green area

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc.
