As per sanction plan this is Irregular shaped plot. Having total 1 no. of entry gate and exit gate, from the 12m wide road, Site is surrounded by other plots on one side and another side proposed 60 mtr wide master plan road (master plan 2031)
1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick brick work and rcc work in column and beam. MS Board enterance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Trimix / asphalt/interlocking Brick/RCC road will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

The storm water drainage shall be designed to effectively collect and discharge surface runoff. RCC NP2 pipes conforming to IS: 458 shall be used for main drains, while DWC pipes may be used in non-traffic or landscaped areas. Brick masonry manholes shall be provided at junctions and changes in direction or gradient, with SFRC or FRP covers as per load requirements.
