Demarcation of Plots

Boundary wall will be made as per approved drawing. All units will be clearly marked.

Boundary wall of project will be made by fine quality of bricks with plaster on it with standard ratios. Attractive design with lighting will be provided and safety measures will be considered as per standards.

Road Work

Attractive road work will be done in our project not only to serve functional purpose but also enhance the overall appeal and livability of the community. We will use high quality of cobblestone, interlocking pavers or patterned concrete to create visually appealing road surface and pathways. Integrated decorative bollards, planters along the road for added charm and usability will be provided.

Footpaths

We will provide wide, well laid pedestrian paths and cycling lanes with textured surface for comfort and safety .

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A reliable and high quality water supply system will be installed as it is essential for ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents of our project. Borewell system for ground water extraction to ensure an uninterrupted water supply will be installed. Large water tanks will be constructed on rooftops to store and distribute water evenly across all units in the project. Automated system for monitoring water levels in water tank will be installed.

Sewer System

A well planned sewer system will be installed for maintaining hygiene and preventing health hazards. we will arrange for laying an extensive network of underground sewer pipes to collect and transport wastewater from individual units and common areas. We will use durable and corrosion-resistant material to minimize maintenance needs and extend the lifespan of the system. Strategically placed manholes and inspection chambers will be provided for easy access, maintenance and cleaning of the sewer network.

Drain

A well designed drainage system for preventing water accumulation and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents will be provided. We will construct road and pathways with gentle slops to facilitate the natural flow of rainwater towards designated drains. We will provide surface drains along walkways, parking area and driveways to collect and direct water to the main drainage system. Installation of durable gutters and downspouts to guide rainwater from rooftops to the ground or into rainy water harvesting systems will be done.

Parks

we will arrange for wide open green areas for relaxation or community events. We will use local plants species for sustainable, low maintenance landscaping that attracts birds and support biodiversity. Smooth and well maintained paths for walking and jogging will be provided.

Tree Planting

Attractive tree plantation will be done for beautiful environment and numerous ecological, social and health benefits. Prioritize indigenous species that are well adapted to the local climate, require less maintenance will be provides. We will plant trees that are known for high oxygen output and air purifying qualities such as ficus or peepal, can contribute to healthier air.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

An efficient and reliable electric supply, coupled with well designed street lighting is essential for the safety, comfort and convenience of the residents will be provided. A reliable panel system within the project to ensure consistent and sufficient power distribution to all units and common area will be provided. High capicity generators to uninterrupted power during outages, especially for essential services such as elevators, water pumps and security system will be provided.

Community Buildings

A beautiful community hall will be provided for gathering of residents for miscellaneous meetings and celebrations.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Provisions are made for treatment and disposal of sewage and sullage water of building with careful planning and integration with sustainable practices to manage high volume of wastewater generated. We will provide dedicated piping system to separate blackwater (sewage of toilets ) and greywater 9Sullage from showers , sinks and washing machines) for more efficient disposal.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Provisions for solid waste management to maintaining cleanliness, ensuring public health and supporting environmental sustainability will be done. Effective system that incorporate waste segregation , collection , treatment and final disposal will be installed.

Water Conservation System

We will install rainwater harvesting system that collect rainwater from rooftops and channel it to underground storage tanks or recharge pits. Water - saving faucets and showerheads will be use to reduce water usage without compromising pressure.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

An effective energy management system focuses on optimize energy consumption , reducing cost, and incorporating renewable energy solution for sustainability will be implemented. We will install PV panels on rooftops or available open areas to harness solar energy that can be used for common area lighting stc.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire protection system will be installed. Fire alarm panels and integrate detectors with a centralized fire alarm panel, fire hose reels and hydrants, fire extinguishers for quick identification and response in case of a fire will be installed. We will ensure that fire trucks and emergency vehicles have clear access to the building and fire hydrants at all time.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

We will establish a community hall where residents can host events, meeting and social gathering . We will create well maintained play area for children.

We will ensure to provide a detailed plan outlining escape routes, safety assembly points and emergency contacts , properly marked exit routes, fire extinguishers. Generators or battery system for lights and emergency devices will also be installed.
