Hero The Palatial Phase 1 is the first registered phase of Hero The Palatial, a high-rise residential development by Hero Homes (Hero Realty Private Limited, the real estate arm of the Hero Group) in Sector 104, on the Dwarka Expressway side of Gurgaon. Why Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway
Sector 104 sits directly on the Dwarka Expressway corridor, one of Gurugram's most actively developing growth axes, connecting the city to Delhi and the IGI Airport. The masterplan shows the site fronted by a 24-metre service road, a 30-metre green belt and the 150-metre-wide Dwarka Expressway, giving the western towers an open, low-obstruction frontage. The corridor has seen significant infrastructure investment and a concentration of new premium launches, which supports both end-use and long-term positioning.
