Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plots were demarcated when the colony was built, at present all the plots have been demarcated and the work has been completed

Boundary Wall

A five feet high boundary wall was constructed when the colony was developed. The boundary wall of the individual house will be constructed along with the construction of the individual villa.

Road Work

The plots on which the project is being built are facing a park, the plots are on a 7.5 meter wide road which has been made of paver block.

Footpaths

The colony has no footpaths along the roads. Only footpaths are on area abutting the parks which have been completed previously only.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The water is being supplied by 110mm diameter PVC pipelines which are being fed by Overhead tank situated in Techman City

Sewer System

The sewer of individual houses will be connected with the trunk sewer line made of 250mm diameter hume pipes by connecting the sewer pipes with appropriate manholes.

Drain

The colony has underground drains and the drain of individual villa will join the underground drain network only.

Parks

The Parks were completed along with the colony , all the villas are facing the park.

Tree Planting

Every plot has a tree planted in front of it.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The electrification has been completed by the electricity department and the line taken over by them. The street light is being managed by Techman City Welfare association.

Community Buildings

There is no construction of any community building in the project.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The individual villa will join the system of the colony Techman City, completion of which has already been provided by the development authority.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

The public utilities have been completed in the colony and the individual villas will tap into that system only.

Water Conservation System

Roof Top water will be harvested through a pipe network which connects individual houses with water harvesting tank structure.
