Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This is two plots connected in heptagon shaped , having a frontage of 30m with 1 entry and 1 exit gate from a 12m front wide road and a 9m internal roads . Site is bounded as follows ;East - Chak Road , West-Main Road (12m) , North - Nali , South -Others plot.

Boundary Wall

3m high and 225 mm thick Boundary wall designed . RCC work in column and beam will be used as per design.

Road Work

Paver/ Trimix based road will be created for all internal road works with concrete pavers at certain junction points.

Footpaths

All internal roads will have 1.5m wide footpath on 40-60mm thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Pumps of 225 LPM at 100mtrs. overhead shall be provided with onw working and another on standby.

Sewer System

Sewage Treatment Plant (SLD) of 85 KLD Capacity with STP treated water usage in horticulture and one standby

The green area is designed to recharge its rainwater and the hard pavement / road is sloped gently towards the main road where it connects to the main storm water drain along the main road.

In total 3 Rain Water Harvesting facilities and 2 borewalls shall be provided and sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panels shall be provided on terrace for renewal energy. Energy purchased from the grid/ power supply company and net metering will be done as per electricity supply authority guideline.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire Fighting system along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC and NOC from Fire Department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply shall be provided. We have proposed common Pump Room with Primary Filteration , Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank . Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks . All sewage shall be go the STP for recycling the water. Strom water for roofs, roads and other area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rainwater harvesting Pit for recharge the groundwater and overflow shall be connected with Municiple Drain

Emergency Evacuation Services

Balcony will also be used for evacuation . Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters

Other Miscellaneous Work
