Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This plot is irregular in shape having 3 no.s of main entry and exit gate. There are 53 independent plots and 4 independent villas in this phase of the project with common internal road inside the campus.

Boundary Wall

This project is surrounded by neighbor plots boundary at some locations. Rest of the area boundary wall with brick wall is constructed by the Promoter. Boundary wall of 53 plots is not done and the same shall be get done by prospective buyers.

Road Work

Cement concrete road.

Footpaths

Pre-casted cement concrete/ pavers are serving the purpose of footpath.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

All Plot/ Villa owners shall get their own boring work done at their own cost.

Sewer System

Centralized sewerage system shall be provided by the Promoter. Sewer line shall be connected with the proposed municipal sewerage system.

Drain

One drain system shall be provided to collect the water from the roof of individual villas. Storm water from roads shall be connected to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connected with the proposed municipal drain line.

Parks

There are parks in the project for children to play. Also there will be some benches on these parks where elders can sit.

Tree Planting

Tree planting and plantation shall be done on the parks by the Promoter. Further many other trees shall be planted on parks as per the landscaping plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Promoter shall design the system as per the Local Electricity Board and has provided the place/ location inside the campus to install the electricity meter at common place. Further there will be centralized Transformer, HT panel LT panel.

Community Buildings

There will be community Center building inside the campus of the project which shall be enjoyed by the occupants of all phases situated inside the campus. Inside the community center, there shall be activities like gym and a common community hall. This community Building will complete with Phase -1 of the project. Hence its completion has nothing to do with phase-2. However as and when it will be developed the same will enjoyed by the residents of this phase-2.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Promoter shall provide the STP through after which the treated water shall pass on to the proposed municipal sewerage system.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There will be proper garbage collection area for solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole campus of the project to conserve water.
