Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

demarcation will be executed by using reinforced concrete pillers having height of 1.0 meter and thickness of 100 mm. (M-25 GRADE CONCRETE).

Boundary Wall

boundary wall will be 1.8 meter high by using columns and tie beam. Column size will be 230x300 mm. Beam size will be 230x230 mm. Brickwork will be of 115 mm thick using first class bricks. 12 mm thick plaster (1 cement, 4 corase sand). M-25 grade concrete will be used.

Road Work

300 mm thick Granular Sub-base (G.S.B.), 150 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (W.M.M.). 40 MM thick bituminous Macadam(B.M.) using 3.5 percent bitumin content. Final layer will be of Bituminous Concrete (B.C.) 25 MM thick in which bitumin content will be 5 percent. Carriage way will be 5 meter wide.

Footpaths

M-30 grade 1.5 meter wide paver pathways with saucer drain channel. The dimension of paver will be 200x100x60 mm. Saucer drain channel size will be 300x300x70 mm M-30 grade. The bed of pathway will be filled with sand of 40 mm thick. GSB(300 mm thick) and WMM(150 mm thick) layer will be there beneath the Pavers.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

330 MM deep borewell having a submersible pump of 5HP 14 Stage. Casing pipe will be of 150 mm.

Sewer System

underground using concrete pipes of 250 mm dia NP3 spun pipe. Sewer manholes of 900 mm dia and 1200 mm dia respectively have been constructed for transportation of waste disposal to awas vikas manholes.

Drain

underground using 250 mm dia 6 kg per sqcm uPVC pipes. 600 x 600 mm square chambers have been constructed having 600x600 mm heavy duty covers.

Parks

landscape in all the marked green area using grass carpeting and trees at a distance of 3 meter (Ficus benzamina).
