There are total of 75 Residential plots in the project . All the plots will be demarcated as per the approved plan by MVDA in line with facing and dimensions. State of Art equipment will be used for exact measurements.
The boundary walls will be constructed at the open periphery of the project land . a 6 to 8 feet high brick wall as per site requirement will be constructed using cement mortar. The foundation of the wall will be 4 to 5 feet deep to resist weather impact. The brick wall will be plastered and painted .
9m wide road sections will be constructed in the project covering the total of 6950 sq.m approx. The Paver blocks of 6 inch thickness and strength of 20MPa will be laid over sand bed of 50 mm. that will be laid over the 150mm granular layer compacted to required density.
The footpaths will be constructed at suitable location to assist pedestrian walks. The 4 inch thick paver locks of M-10 grade laid over 50mm sand bed. The base underneath will be compacted by mechanical means to achieve the required compaction to provide stability to the pavement above
As per the approval by MVDA, the individual / clubbed submersible pumps will be installed to extract potable ground water. The pumps will be installed of capacity to pump the water to the minimum of 30ft above ground level.
The under ground sewer system will be constructed along the project catering for all the residential plots. The 300 mm dia and 450mm dia concrete conduits will be installed maintaining the minimum slope of 1in 100 to assist flow . The inspection chambers will be installed between 2 residential plots and at grade changes to assist the maintenance of sewage line. In addition as per approved map by MVDA each residential unit will have individual two stage septic tanks. The precast septic tanks will be installed along with discharge connection for each unit.
The combination of Lined open and closed drains along with collection chambers will be constructed in the project. The drains will be constructed in brick work plastered with cement sand mix over the 100mm DLC. the minimum section of drain with be 300X300X250 tapered at bottom to assist head and flow.
Three number of lush green parks with be prepared as per the approve map. Additional facilities such as sitting areas for elderly will also be provided. Total Park area 4470 Sq.m Approx.
All season trees will will be planted along the periphery of project land and at all suitable common areas of the project.
A separate transformer will be acquired as per the load calculations done by DVVNL. The overhead connections will be lead to each residential unit through electrical poles and distribution boxes. The street lights will be installed at minimum height of 4.5m.

The Garbage collection areas two in numbers spread for 68.77 sq.m will be constructed in the project area along with dustbins installed at all locations for collection of domestic garbage.
Rain water harvesting pits of 0.5mx3m pits will be constructed where the surface run-offs will be directed towards. The layered filter system will be installed in three layers moving from Ballast layer, Stone Grit layer and above it the sand layer. The PVC perforated pipe will be installed as bore of 100mm dia. to the minimum depth of 10m.
