All plots are demarcated as per the layout plan being attached. There would be 90 villas and 61 plots.
All plots are covered under separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 meters. The colony would be having the boundary wall at the boundary of the colony consisting of height of 2.5 meters.

200 to 300 trees would be planted all over the residency. The trees would be planted to enhance better and cleaner environment. The horticulture dept of the company would be planting trees of different sizes as per the requirement .
Electric pole and separate electricity connection will be taken from the concerned electricity department of the jhansi. The line for the electricity would be laid under the ground.
A clubhouse has been proposed in the commercial area as per the approved layout. Also, the community hall would be constructed at the entrance of the colony.
Sewage treatment plan has been proposed in the amenties of the colony and the same would be made as per the approved plan. The sullage water would be further utilized.
Solid waste would be collected regularly by the cleaning dept of the city i.e Nagar palika. Dustbins would be placed in the colony in order to keep the colony clean.
Water harvesting plan has been proposed and the same would be implemented for the water conservation.
The residents will follow the Govt. norms
