An extensive internal road network of 83190.67 sq.m., covering 30.64 percent of the total area will be constructed to ensure smooth traffic flow and clear access for emergency services. An underground sewer network will be installed to hygienically collect all wastewater and channel it to a dedicated treatment facility as shown as per Drainage and Waste Disposal Plan. Energy management will be achieved by adhering to building codes and using energy-efficient technologies like LED street lighting.
Fire safety will be ensured through strategically placed fire hydrants and well-designed road network guarantees raid access for emergency vehicles.
The scheme includes a wide range of social facilities such as multiple schools colleges with a combined allotted area of 9045 sq.m., a diagnostic centre, public toilets, vending platform and dedicated area of 13257 sq.m. for housing for EWS/LIG sections.
