Water will be bough into raw water tank from Municipal supply and borewell supply. from there water will be transferred to over head tank to supply to all users points. The capacity of overhead Tanks are 27000 ltrs to 25500 ltrs respectively.
The soils and waste water discharge from toilets and kitchen shall be channelized through a network of horizontal and vertical pipes into external sewer lines running between boundary wall and retaining wall/basement celling through a network of manholes. Manholes for Sewage finally discharge the effluent into a Sewage treatment plant with capacity of 100kld . after treatment, water will be used for flushing and irrigation purpose.
The rainwater collected from terrace and balconies of the tower shall be channelized through a network of horizontal and vertical pipes into storm water drainage manholes running between boundary wall and retaining wall. Adequate number/capacity of rain water harvesting pits/tank shall be proposed as per CGWB norms.

Planed trees will be planted in the open green areas and along the boundary wall with shrubs and grass. Various species of the trees will be planted
The external lighting is proposed based upon landscape design. Basement as well as common area lighting shall have time based manual control system. Common area lighting shall have a separate meter. 250kva transformer installed for commercial units 1000kva transformer for residential , street light pole will be placed on each 15 m.
Community Facility is basically spread on over teo floors i.e. Ground Floor and upper Ground Floor, which includes club house, pool, gym, kids play area etc.
The Treatment of sullage will be done in sewage treatment plant of adequate capacity. The treatment of sullage will be done with ultra filtration process and outlet parameters will be as per EIA requirements. The treated water will be used for flushing/irrigation purpose. The capacity of sewage Treatment plant is 100 KLD.
Organic waste composter of adequate capacity for solid waste management shall be provided. there is 1 garbage collection area at the exit of the project
The water will be conserved by adopting best quality IGBC certified low volume and low discharge fixtures. Further used of treated water in landscape areas/flushing water in towers shall further reduce the demand of water.
Energy conservation with methods such a solar power generation and energy efficient fixtures shall be adopted in the project.
The fire fighting/ protection will be done as per Fire NOC. 2 underground fire tank of 100kl each, total 200kl will be installed
Swimming Pool, Community Hall, Gated Community, 3 No Lift on each floor, central park, kids play area indoor and outdoor, gym, reception Area, basement and Stilt level parking, 24x7 power backup , 24x7 Security Guards, rain water harvesting, STP, solar system on terrace for common areas.
