Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Central STP for entire project and all towers shall be connected to STP. Treated water shall be used for flushing and garden irrigation purposes.

Project shall have waste segregation and Organic waste convertor for treatment of organic waste.

Water Conservation System

Low flow fixtures, dual plumbing system, dual flush cisterns shall be provided.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

LED lights and timer control panels shall be used for efficient energy management, Solar PV cells shall be provided for renewable energy.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Hydrant, sprinkler and fire alarm system shall be provided. the entire fire safety installation shall be compliant with the applicable codes/ standards for the complex to ensure the safety standard and uniformity of system.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Common social infrastructure shall be provided as per approved building plan.
