Demarcation of Project to be done at site.
Boundary wall will be constructed by Brick Work / MS Railing as designed by promoter.
Internal drive way 6 mtr wide, will be developed by RCC / Interlocking pavers / Bitumen as per approved layout, as designed by promoter.

S.T.P. will be constructed for GH-1, and treated water will be use in irrigation of green areas and as per govt. norms.
Solid Waste management and disposal system will be provided as Govt. Norms .
Water Conservation System will be provided as per Govt. Norms.
Energy Management System will be provided as per Govt. Norms.
Fire Safety System will be provided as per approval , Design and norms.
