Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Plots shall be demarcated at site, so that any allotee can easily locate his/ her plot without having to call any one from MDA. There are a total number of 103 plots of different categories.

Boundary Wall

It is a plotted development, and therefore allotee has to build his/her own boundary wall. Also, there is no provision for any external boundary wall for the scheme as per sabnctioned lay-out

Road Work

This lay-out has a road network of 12m/18m wide roads as per sanctioned lay-out as per following- 1- Granular Sub-base (GSB) 2. Wet Mix Macadam 3- Graded Bituminous Macadam Surfacing with bitumen over tack coat . 4- Bituminous Concreting Surface with Bitumen

Footpaths

No provisions for footpath has been made. However 80mm thick Precast Cement Paver block of M30 will be laid in side patries of roads in shoulders . Thermo-plastic paint and road signage will be provided

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Potable water shall be supplied though a network of water pipes and Over Head Tank in the Transportnagar scheme. 160mm/110mm dia PVC pipe 10 Kg/cm2 pressure will be laid in External and Internal water line (ISI marked ) with all fittings complete and connected with water mains from Over Head Tank

Sewer System

There is no sewerage sytem .

Drain

RCC drains will be provided as per - 1- Base concrete in 1 cement,4 coarse sand, 8 stone grit. rcc ( 1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 stone grit ) drain wall and bed will constructed

Parks

There is no park in the lay-out

Tree Planting

There is no plan to plant trees on the sides of roads. However allotee will themselves plant trees inside their property line.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Over head H.T. Electric supply line will be provided, along with 3Nos. 250KVA transformers, Aerial Bunch Conductors (ABC) L.T.Lines . LED Street light having sufficient flux as per requirement has been provisioned .
