Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per the approved sanctioned plan. This is a single plot having a total of 1no.of the entry gate and 1no. of the exit gate from the 60-foot wide road and 45 foot internal road.

Boundary Wall

2-meter height and 180 mm thick boundary wall designed or with MS railing as created by the designer. Brock work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used. The Entrance and exit gate are already constructed at the site of the MS steel structure.

Road Work

The approach road to the project and the inner road connecting the towers and projects have already been completed with RCC and cement block with a 60-foot wide road.

Footpaths

All footpaths are completed with well-designed and constructed RCC and cemented blocks with 20-foot footpaths.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A bore well will supply drinking water, and the bore well will manage the water supply for the rest of the service.

Sewer System

A centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the STP for treatment. After treatment, water shall be recycled and used in gardening flush tanks—vehicle washing. Whenever overflow from the STP is connected to the municipal sewerage system,

Drain

A drain water system shall be provided. Strom water from the road and other landscape areas shall be connected to the stormwater drain channel and recharged in the rainwater harvesting pit. Groundwater and overflow shall be associated with the municipal drain line.

Parks

All parks have been constructed with the best landscaping and greenery and look beautiful.

Tree Planting

Tree plantation has been completed at the site as per designed by the landscaping architect.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

All street light poles are installed at the site. Street poles cover the whole site. The electricity supply at the site started, and the supply of electric poles began.

Community Buildings

The clubhouse was developed at the site with all amenities i.e. swimming pool, gym, kids playroom games room, etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP was constructed at the site and running smoothly with 550 KLD

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Dalab Ghar will be constructed at the site.

Water Conservation System

A rainwater harvesting system will be installed at the site.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Not to be provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The fire plan is clearly marked and indicates the complete fire protection arrangement at the site and the means of access/escape for the proposed building with suitable legend along with standard signs and symbols on the drawing.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Not to be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

A fire staircase with fire-resistant doors is provided in each building. A dedicated assembly area is also defined on the campus. Also, adequate signage shall be provided.
