The Project land and the amenities along with road, parks, the building lines will be demarcated as per the dimension and orientation in the approved map .
6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted . The foundation of the wall will be 3 to 4 feet deep as per the design. The wall will ensure the clear demarcation and one entry-Exit for the project.
Rigid pavement will be constructed along the building. The Concrete flooring will be done over the compacted base. The texturing will be done for good traction. The subgrade and granular layer will be compacted. The crust will be as per the project requirement and design
The paver blocks will be interlocked for the areas to be used as footpath. The interlocking blocks will be laid over the the sand bed and the compacted layers underneath.
The ground water will be supplied to underground and terrace tanks. The supply will be for domestic usage. The non corrodible pipe lines will be installed to take the water to the tanks and to the wet areas of each unit.
Soil pipes connected to the syphon section and the inspection junctions will be installed in the project. The domestic sewer waste line will work under gravity to the inspection chambers on the ground and the collected waste will be led to the sewage treatment plant.
The underground lined drainage system will be built in the project. The storm water drains will also be installed. The drains will be designed to cater the domestic needs of the the project under gravity for quick and efficient disposal of the drain.
The 4 parks will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan. The parks will have the grass and the peripheral trees as per the project requirements.
Tree will be planted in the project that suit the local soil and weather. The type of plants and locations will be sol selected to provide the shade and aesthetics . The trees selected will not be hindrance to any safety requirement of the project.
A compound sub-station and the LT panel room will be constructed. The approved load will be taken to the sub station and there on will be distributed to each unit and the common areas of the project through covered conduits. The lightings in common areas will also be provided

The collections chambers for domestic waste along with the dedicated dustbins will be installed in the common areas.
Rain water harvesting comprising of the collection and settlement tank along with the multi stage filtration system through the varying size of the granular depths will be installed in the project. The run of will be collected, filtered and driven down to the ground through perforated pipe at=rrangements
The solar water heater at terrace along with green building technologies and LED light arrangements will be adopted in the project.
The fire fighting arrangements will be installed as per the local fire fighting norms. The fire extinguishers will be installed in the project and the fire escape plans will also clearly shown in the project.
