Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plots will be done after the completion of development work.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall of Public utilites will be constructed upto the height of 1.5 Meter.

Road Work

Road will be constructed as per the sanctioned layout plan. Earth filling work sub grade preparation GSB 250 mm laying and final premix carpet will be done in stepwise development work.The roads in Gangapuram Township has been designed with variety of road width from 30 M, 24 M, 18 M, 12 M and 9 M. Pathways, Cycle Track, are provided to enhance mobility.

Footpaths

The footpath will be developed with interlocking tiles and electric trench will run through footpath. The footpath will be 1.5 M to 1.8 M as per road width.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

"The water will be supplied through borewell to Underground Tank and will be treated by water treatment plan. - Total required Capacity is : 2,40,000 LPH, - Proposed Capacity for Ph-01: 60,000 LPH. Balance capacity will be installed in phase-wise development in future. - Purpose: Treatment of raw water to meet potable and domestic usage standards. Water will be transferred from WTP to Domestic water tank . From Domestic water tank the water will be pumped to Overhead Tanks. Water supply to the township will be through gravity system from Overhead reservoir. The proposed diameter of the water pipeline is 100 mm to 350 mm as per Population and load demand. - Underground Water Tank Capacity: 2000 KL - Overhead Water Tank Capacity: 1000 KL - Total Water Storage Capacity: 3000 KL"

Sewer System

The provision of Sewerage chamber for Gangapuram Township to manage waste water efficiently. The diameter of Sewer pipe is 150 mm to 600 mm as per population. The material of pipe is DWC SN4.

Drain

RCC Drain channel provided with width varrying from 600mm to 1200mm depth varried according to slope.

Parks

Parks will be developed as per sanctioned layout with boundary wall of height 1.5 M as per design

Tree Planting

Landscaping & Tree Plantation on green belts along roads and parks to create a greener, healthier & more pleasant environment.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Proposed Electric work including street lights on side of the road for better visibility. The main substation is of 33/11 KVA connected feeder pillars.

Community Buildings

Cummunity Buildings provided as per the proposed layout plan.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

"STP is proposed in the Township with capacity as : - Total required Capacity: 3500 KLD - Proposed Capacity for Ph-01: 1000 KLD. Balance capacity will be installed in phase-wise development in future. - Treated water from the STP shall be reused for flushing, landscaping, and other non-potable purposes, in compliance with statutory requirements."

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Designated space for Solid waste collection centre is provided for the entire Township.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting pits are provided in the parks.
