The Project land will be demarcated as per the approved map by Agra Development Authority. The setbacks and building lines will also be kept in measurement and orientation as per approved map
A six to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick and mortar . The foundation of wall will be constructed to the depth of 4 feet minimum. The wall will be plastered and painted .
Cement concrete pavement will be constructed over the compacted earth and compacted granular layer. The layer depth will be done as per design with minimum depth of CC at 200mm and granular layer of 150mm depth.
