Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Project land will be demarcated as per the approved map by Agra Development Authority. The setbacks and building lines will also be kept in measurement and orientation as per approved map

Boundary Wall

A six to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick and mortar . The foundation of wall will be constructed to the depth of 4 feet minimum. The wall will be plastered and painted .

Road Work

Cement concrete pavement will be constructed over the compacted earth and compacted granular layer. The layer depth will be done as per design with minimum depth of CC at 200mm and granular layer of 150mm depth.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The municipal water supply will be catered through underground tank to the roof tank. The water supply will be made to the select locations through PVC pipe arrangements. The supply will be 24hrs. The Tank Capacity proposed is 100000L.

Sewer System

The Sewer system will be put in place at all floors through soil pipes and flow controls to provide for controlled recess of sewers from each floor to the municipal sewer line. The manholes and inspection chambers will be installed for maintenance of the sewer line.

Drain

Subsurface Lined drains will be constructed along the periphery to cater for the roof and surface runoffs. The drains will be designed to ensure continuous flow and grill for maintenance. The top width will be minimum of 300mm

The building will be constructed through green technology. The roof top will have solar panels to cater for the common electrical needs of the project

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The fire protection system will be installed a per the the fire department norms. The pressure pipe lines and the sprinkler arrangement will be installed trough out the project as per approved design

The stairs width will be designed to allow smooth and efficient egress of occupant in case of unfortunate event of fire . The Evacuation system will be as per fire department norms
