plots will be demarcated as per approved layout . 92 Houses will be constructed by developer as per sanctioned layout approved by jhansi development authority . Plots , roads and gardens will be constructed ,demarcated and developed as per approved map in line dimension, size and orientation
Boundary wall will be constructed which will cover the colony , it will be a one gated colony and foundation of wall will be minimum 5 feet .

No community building is proposed for the said project as on date as per approved layout passed by the competent authority
