Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

plots will be demarcated as per approved layout . 92 Houses will be constructed by developer as per sanctioned layout approved by jhansi development authority . Plots , roads and gardens will be constructed ,demarcated and developed as per approved map in line dimension, size and orientation

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall will be constructed which will cover the colony , it will be a one gated colony and foundation of wall will be minimum 5 feet .

Road Work

Bituman based road will be constructed as per approved layout . Best quality roads will be constructed with use of best grade material .The earth /subgrade layers will be constructed to the required density

Footpaths

We will provide 1.5 mtr footpaths along road

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water will be supplied through boring and government water supply after taking approvals from statutory departments . Water tank will be constructed to store the water for colony consumption .

Sewer System

Centralised sewer system will be constructed . All sewerage water shall go to the township STP for treatment and treated water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening and overflow from the STP Plant shall be connected with the township sewerage

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided . Storm water from roads and other landscapes area shall be connected to storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting PIT for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connected with township sewerage

Parks

Green parks will be constructed at appropriate places with grass seasonal flowers .vertical plantation shall be developed along boundary walls . The colony will be covered by trees and gardens which will bring better standard of living for the people .

Tree Planting

Trees will be planted outside every house as well as all over the colony for better standard of living and fresh air

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electricity supply will be provided through electric poles and distribution boxes which will be designed as per guidelines issued by local electric department . Transformers , HT LT Panels shall be designed for all units .

Community Buildings

No community building is proposed for the said project as on date as per approved layout passed by the competent authority

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

All sewerage water shall go to the township STP for treatment and treated water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening and overflow from the STP plant shall be connected with the township sewerage

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Single dumping Yard and Proper dustbins will be installed at designed layouts for collection of solid waste and which will be disposes off to the specified location by muncipal corporation

Water Conservation System

A well designed water harvesting system will be designed/constructed for water conversation

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Led lights and other energy saving devices will be installed in external areas . IN STP all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors .

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per department of NBFC Norms the house is less than 30 mtrs of height and therefore FIR Protection and Fire safety System is not applicable for the said project .

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage , storm water and water supply system shall be provided . STP will be installed for reuse of treated water

Emergency Evacuation Services

Not applicable on Duplex Houses

Other Miscellaneous Work

Cameras and other security features will be installed for the safety of the members of society .
