Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

106 no. of duplexes will be constructed by developer as per sanctioned layout. Plots and garden will be demarcated and developed as per approved sanction layout passed.

Boundary Wall

The colony will be fully covered by upto 7ft. height of finished brick wall and fencing for boundary wall and will be one gated colony.

Road Work

Bitumen based road will be constructed as per approved layout map.

Footpaths

Footpath will be constructed as per colony requirement and needs.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water will be supplied through boring and government water supply after taking approvals from statutory departments. Water tank will be constructed to store the water for colony consumption.

Sewer System

Centralized sewer system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the township STP for treatment and treated water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening and overflow from the STP plant shall be connected with the township sewerage.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscapes area shall be connected to the rain water harvesting PIT for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connected with township drain.

Parks

7 no. of green park will be constructed as per approved layout. The colony will be covered by trees and gardens which will bring better standard of living for the people.

Tree Planting

212 Trees will be planted outside every house (2 for each) as well as all over the colony for better standard of living and fresh air.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

75 street lights and Electricity supply will be designed as per the guidelines issued by local electric department.

Community Buildings

No community building is proposed for the said project as on the date as per approved layout passed by the competent authority

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

All sewerage water shall go to the township STP for treatment and treated water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening and overflow from the STP plant shall be connected with the township sewerage.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Single dumping yard and Proper dustbins will be installed at designed layouts for collection of solid waste and disposal as mentioned in approved layout.

Water Conservation System

A well designed water harvesting system will be constructed for water conversation.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Led lights and other energy saving devices will be installed in the external areas. In STP all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per the department of NBFC norms, the house is less than 30 meters of height therefore Fire protection and safety work is not applicable for the said project.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. STP will be installed for reuse of treated water.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Not applicable on duplex houses.
