106 no. of duplexes will be constructed by developer as per sanctioned layout. Plots and garden will be demarcated and developed as per approved sanction layout passed.
The colony will be fully covered by upto 7ft. height of finished brick wall and fencing for boundary wall and will be one gated colony.
