Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All Plots 79 residential and one commercial, Roads, Parks will be demarcated as per the approved plan and orientation

Boundary Wall

A six to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed at the required location. The wall will be of brick with cement mortar. The foundation of wall will be 3 to 4 feet as per design

Road Work

The flexible pavement will be constructed in the project. The subgrade and the granular layers will be compacted to the required density. The bituminous wearing course will be laid on top. 6m, 9m and 12m wide road will be constructed

Footpaths

Interlocking paver block of 4 inches will be laid for the footpath sections over a sand bed and a compacted bed of soil

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be pumped to the Overhead tank. The pumps of 3HP will be used. The water will we led through main pipe of 100 mm and 25 mm connection pipe to individual units.

Sewer System

The sewer line along with man holes will be laid in the project to cater for the domestic sewer needs. The underground sewer line will be of diameter 300 mm and with the man hole of 900mm diameter.

Drain

The sub surface and surface drains will be constructed in the project. The trapezoidal drain will have the minimum bottom width of150- 200 mm. The drain will be connected to the municipal drain

Parks

Two lush green parks will be developed as per land scape plan covering 1737 square meters in the project

Tree Planting

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project as per local flora and fauna

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The street lights of 4.5 m height will be installed in the project. The electrical connection through distribution boxes will lead to each individual unit. The load sanction for the project will be as per norms of Torrent Power Limited
