We have a plot admeasuring 13,800 sq. meters, having one main entrance gate from the 45-meter-wide front road. The plot is situated at Khasra Nos. 239, 240, 241, 242, 279/1, 280/1, and 281/2 of Village Karampur Chaudhary, and Khasra Nos. 4/1, 6/1, 6/2, 7/1, 7/2, 8/1, 10, and 5 of Village Nagaria Kalam, District and Tehsil Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
The boundary wall shall be constructed with 230 mm thick brick masonry up to a height of 2.0 meters, along with RCC columns and beams. At the center of the front face of the boundary wall, a project logo shall be provided, creating a visually appealing and iconic design feature.”
From the main entrance gate, an 80 mm thick interlocking brick / RCC road is proposed throughout the project. The road width starts from 9.0 meters.
A footpath shall be provided along the internal roads.
Two numbers of pumps shall be provided to meet the water supply requirements of the blocks through underground pipelines. Domestic and Raw Water Tanks of 100 KLD capacity each (2 Nos.) will be provided to ensure adequate water availability for daily use and emergency requirements.

The electrical system shall be designed and implemented in accordance with the norms of the local Electricity Board. A centralized power infrastructure will be provided to ensure efficient and reliable operation of all common services such as external lighting, fountains, STP, pump rooms, and other utilities. The system shall include an 11 KV H.T. Panel, transformers comprising 800 KVA – 2 Nos. and 500 KVA – 1 No., along with 1 L.T. Panel for power distribution. For power backup, D.G. Sets of 750 KVA – 1 No. and 320 KVA – 1 No. shall be installed to support essential common services during power outages.
A club shall be provided as per sanctioned map.

Residents shall be encouraged to use low-flow fixtures and dual-flush cisterns. Rainwater harvesting systems shall also be provided to reduce overall water consumption and to improve groundwater recharge. A total of 4 rainwater harvesting pits shall be provided within the project premises.
LED light fittings will be installed in all external areas, complemented by 15 KW capacity LED lighting and solar-powered lighting solutions. In the pump room, all equipment will be fitted with energy-efficient motors. Furthermore, individuals will be encouraged to adopt energy-efficient practices in their respective areas.
Comprehensive firefighting systems will be installed in all common areas in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Individual unit owners may install supplementary firefighting equipment within their premises, subject to compliance with local statutory requirements and guidelines issued by relevant authorities. The firefighting infrastructure will include 6 fire pumps and 2 fire water tanks with a capacity of 100 KLD each. Additionally, Domestic and Raw Water Tanks of 100 KLD capacity each (2 Nos.) will be provided to ensure adequate water availability for daily use and emergency requirements.

The design and placement of these exits will comply with applicable national and local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards. Signage, lighting, and unobstructed pathways will be provided to ensure clear visibility and ease of egress at all times. Emergency exit mechanisms will be regularly tested and maintained in accordance with safety guidelines to ensure operational reliability.
