Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Site is very demarcated at its location with constructed approach roads.

Boundary Wall

Township Boundary exists. Project Boundary under construction alraedy completed upto 30 percent from one side of the project the same is to be completed in due cource of time, 2.5mt boundary wall is being constructed with RCC columns.

Road Work

Internal roads of 6Mtr and External Roads are 9mtr to be constructed in the project along with path ways of 1.5mtr as per approved layout plan, 9mt wide RCC road (trimix) around the building block shall be constructed as per CPWD Specifications.

Footpaths

The same will be developed as per approved Layout Plan the same will be developed according to the planning / foothpath shall be in CC or 50mn paver blocks along with the complete lenght of road.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Drinking water storage will be built on the roof of building which will have supply from Integrated township main water supply line. Under grounf water shall be pumped to the Terrace tanks for domestic supply of water. Water to the units shall be through downcomer pipees as per detailed design.

Sewer System

Underground sewer system to be built which will be connected to the township STP. All well desigen system of PVC pipes shall be laid around the building block. Final disposal shall be to the main sewer line.

Drain

Underground drainage system will be connected to main drain line of township. All the surface drainage shall be connected to the township drain through well designed underground water drain system.

Parks

Parks to be developed with grass cover and shurbs. Green shall be developed as per the approved area. Additional row of 4.5mt high plants shall be provided along boundary walls.

Tree Planting

Tree plantation along side boundary / 4.5 to 6mt high trees along sides boundary wall shall be planted at the rate 5.0 mt c/c.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electric supply as per approved drawing to be in place and connected to township CSS/Supply to complex shall be through a separate transformer of designed capacity.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Externale connecting sewer line to be connected to STP of township STP. Sewer system shall be connected to the main sewer line of the township which in turns connects to proper disposal system of LDA/Nagar Nigam.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

To be connected to main township Solid Waste Management and Disposal System. A separate area to be marked within the complex for the collection of solid waste. Disposal shall be coordinated with Nagar Nigam Lucknow.

Water Conservation System

Recharge pits at different locations to ensure water conervation. All the roof top water shall be collected and connected to the under ground recharge system.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Part of main township Pintail Park City. Roof top solar pannels and sola power street lights shall be provided.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Blocks have required no of stairs and open road all around. Extra water provision on terrace tanks. Provision for fire extinguishers. Provision for down commers with Hose reel. Fire extingusher and terrace tanks with required capacity have planned as per the NOC conditions of Fire Department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Part of main township Pintail park City to be used by the residents.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Block have required no of stairs and open roads all around. Building is well desigened with three stairs and fire lift for emergency evacuation and recue operations.
