The project land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact shape , size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Meerut Development Authority, Meerut.
A 2.43M high Boundary wall of pre fabricated cement slab and poles will be constructed with deep foundation to be earthquake resistant. The wall will then be painted as per asthetics.
A pavement quality concrete will be laid in thickness of +150mm on top of compacted dry lean concrete / coarse grained sub-base.
An M-15 grade of paver block / interlocking tiles will be laid in the project for walking area . Tiles will be 3 to 4 inch thick and the color patterns will be lasting and visible at all hours.
A Overhead water tank of 150 KL capacity will be constructed and underground PVC pipe line shall be lying to deliver the water .
A sewage will be collected through a RCC Hume pipe arrangement and inspection chambers leading to the STP of the project from where the sewage will be disposed.
Surface drain will be laid on lean concrete bed on compacted earth in required size with brick work and 1 X 4 plaster over it.
Two Lush green park will be maintained in the project as per approved plan by Meerut Development Authority . The parks will have footpaths , sitting area and small play area for kids.
The trees will be planted at all suitable location s of the project . The tree selection will be done to ensure no hindrances in service area in future.
electrical layout and capacity will be installed to suffice the domestic use of the project . The load sanctions will be taken from Vidyut Vibhag.
