Proposed Group Housing Colony scheme over an area measuring 3.111 acres at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh. Plot is well demarcated at the site.
1.5 M High brick wall and 0.9 M .High railing on 3 side boundary wall. Road side boundary/railing shall be as per design.
C.C internal roads along with side pavings shall be constructed as per the landscape design.

We propose to connect the incoming water supply to fill the raw water tanks and after treatment through filter and chlorination, this water will be used to fill underground static fire water tanks. Overflow from the underground static fire water tank will be connected to the underground domestic water tank. Stored and disinfected water from the underground domestic storage tank will be pumped to terrace level overhead water tank each residential towers through on set of VFD based Pumps. Top most four levels of Residential towers will be fed through a variable frequency driven Hydro-Pneumatic system with adequate capacity and maintaining the pressure. All floors down below will be fed by gravity Treated water sourced from the Sewage Treatment Plant will be stored in separate tank, proposed along with the sewage treatment plant at the basement. This will be used for flushing irrigation. Stored and disinfected water from the STP flushing water storage tank will be pumped to overhead water tanks located at terrace level through one set of VFD based pumps. Flushing water Supply to residential tower shall be fed from the overhead flushing water tank by gravity.
A well design sewerage system shall be laid to collect soil water/waste which in turn connect to the proposed sewer main line and will be connected to the centralized Sewage treatment plant of 110 KLD located at the basement level. Surplus treated effluent from the sewage treatment plant will be by passed to Municipal sewer line after treatment.
A well designed system of covered and under ground drainage system shall be in place. Water collected through this storm water drain along with rain water from the roof will be diverted to 6 nos rainwater harvesting arrangement.
All the green pockets will have grass cover with a minimum paved area and sitting/play arrangements. Low height plantation will be part of it.
4.5 to 6 mt high trees will be along green belt between boundary wall and open parking lot.
Connection shall be obtained from state electricity board for 2500 kva load. transformer capacity 1000kva- 2 nos for residential load and 630 kva - 1 no for common and mandatory service load.
A well designed club house is part of the scheme.
A well designed STP is in place to take care of sewage and sullage water.
Collection/disposal of solid waste shall be coordinated with Lucknow Nagar Nigam
Low flow fixture shall be used and STP treated water shall be used for flushing, irrigation and DG cooling tower. Terrace storm water shall be harvested to recharge under ground water.
The power shall be supplied by state Electricity Board. DG sets (CPCB4COMPILED) Capacity 500 KVA - 1 No 250 KVA- 1 no are proposed to meet requirement of power back up during power failure. Solar powered Street lights will be provided for street Lighting, landscape area and common area lights shall be sensor based to save energy.
A well designed fire fighting/evacuation arrangement shall be in place with fire alarm system , pressurized fire escapes, wet risers, sprinklers and fire extinguishers.
Amenities like kids play area, senior citizen area, play courts are provided for the residence of the proposed housing colony. Convenient shopping provided as per statutory.
All the exit points with adequate width (as per norms) available to facilitate evacuation in case of an emergency. PA system shall be provided.
