Plot is well demarcated at the site.
1.5 M. High Brick wall all around the project site will be done. Internal boundary wall for various plots like club , group housing, villas will be a simple toe wall of 300 mm high.
Internal 6m wide road carriageway of C.C. is proposed with certain special areas having concrete pavers in the carriage way along with side paving of precast concrete pavers shall be constructed as per the landscape design.
